I have about seven years of combined experience in the call center and virtual assistant space. I started in the call center industry, where I spent three years developing strong communication and customer service skills. Over the past four years, I transitioned into working as a Virtual Assistant, taking on roles such as Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Client Care Coordinator, and Acquisitions Specialist Assistant.
Most recently, I worked in the ISA recruiting department, where I supported hiring and onboarding efforts.
I’ve worked with tools like Follow Up Boss, Compass, MLS, Transaction Desk, Go High Level (GHL),Pipedrive, Canva, QuickBooks, Client Giant, Wordpress and -----------, so I’m very comfortable learning and navigating different systems.
