Manages all the queries of Brokers/Representatives and Consignees regarding irregularities of all import shipment released from the PAIRCARGO warehouse. Closely coordinates with the Airline Clients and other departments within the Company to identify and minimize occurrence of irregularities on shipment. Reviews, analyzes and acts on routine claims on shipment. Supervises the support personnel in the effective and efficient processing of claims to ensure the quality of service at the same time negotiates with the claimant to minimize the Company’s liability. Corresponds with claimants, Insurance Companies, outside Assessors and Company -----------thorizes payments and completes pertinent claims. Other tasks that the higher management may require.
