1.Project Management - ensuring that the project is completed within its set timeframe, within budget, and to satisfaction of stakeholders. Assign task and responsibilities to tea-----------mbers, monitor progress, manage risk and issues, communicate project progress to stake holders, coordinate project activities, and conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement. As a project manager, I am responsible of the success of the project.
2. Job Supervision - overseeing a group of employees and ensuring that they perform their assigned task in accordance with established polices, procedures, and quality standards. Monitor work progress, provide guidance and feedback to employees, and make sure that deadlines are met. Job supervisors also insure that safety protocols are followed, and they may be responsible for conducting employee training, scheduling work shift, and handling administrative task such as maintaining records ang preparing reports. A supervisor is accountable for the quality and quantity of work produced by their team.
3. Architectural and Engineering Drafting and detailing Works - Responsible for producing accurate and detailed drawings that can be used by construction and manufacturing teams to create final product. Works closely with architects, engineers, and other professional to create detailed drawings, blueprints, and schematics for buildings, structures, and mechanical system.
