I graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education major in Technology and Livelihood Education and a licensed teacher. As my degree means, I am knowledgeable in computers, specifically MS Office. After my education, I then st-----------ed my job in a BPO company as a customer service ----------- total I've been in the industry for more than 3 years. I've handled a healthcare account, telco, order taking, personal loans, retail, technical support for security system and lastly a travel account. I'm confident with my empathy skills, managing my time efficiently, providing a satisfactory resolution to the customers.
