I am an experienced e-commerce customer support and Shopify operations assistant with a strong background in handling customer inquiries, order management, and product listing tasks. I have worked in fashion e-commerce environments where I manage daily customer emails using tools such as Gorgias and Richpanel, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic responses.
I am highly skilled in coordinating with internal teams and suppliers through Slack to resolve order issues, tracking delays and reports using Excel, and organizing workflows with ClickUp. My experience also includes handling refunds, returns, shipping concerns, and product quality issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
In addition to customer support, I have experience working with Shopify product listings and landing page editing, including copying, translating, and recreating product pages with accuracy and attention to detail. I am comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and translation software to efficiently adapt content for different markets.
I am detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently while following SOPs closely. I focus on accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer experience.
