I've been working on a call center for 7 years now and handled different international accounts. First I worked as customer service with Amazon, one of the biggest online shopping in the US were in I answers customers inquiry about their orders. I've got to assist some customers too with their Amazon devices with troubleshooting it and offer some digital services or subscriptions for their devices. That was for a 2-year work experience then the other 5 years, I've work with HP Printers. We guide customers with troubleshooting their device like on how to set it up, wireless connection issue, print quality problems etc. And same with Amazon devices that after we fix their devices we sell accessories like inks or papers.
