Currently working as a Service Maintenance and Support Specialist (Non-Technical) Level 3 support for internal and external user. Performs hardware and software troubleshooting and support for the Hospital Information System. Main role is to provided day to day desktop support for internal users and perform initial troubleshooting of technical problems reported by users via phone. Support for all technology devices including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Mobile Devices, Wireless Connections etc. Configures Network, Network Log – In, Company Email Address (Office 365) and Internet Connection based on the information given by the Network and System Administrator.
