I have been working in the customer service industry since 2014. I have been able to provide customer service in different types of accounts for international clients, I have been part of Telco campaigns, Technical Support, Billing and customer service, and E-commerce campaigns. I have also had experience servicing omni channels(Voice, email support, and chat support). I have been promoted as a subject matter expert previously and my quickness to learn the new role will help me adapt to any job which is provided to me.
