I am a licensed engineer who has vast experiences and knowledge on site civil works. I mainly supervise construction works on site. I make sure that all works are in conformity with the approved plans. I manage manpower deployment for different scope of works. I handled precast installation methodology. I also serve as a Quality Control Engineer/Rebar Engineer/Formworks Engineer/Concreting Engineer. I liase with different contractors and suppliers. I do progress billing of contractors on a weekly basis. I am knowledgeable in Autocad and Bluebeam or Planswift for estimates. I have been a part of both a General Contractor Company and a Construction Management Company.
