Hi sir good morning! hope all is well. My name is Jack.
I've been working as an assistant campaign manager for 5 years now. My tasks with them before included building campaigns, scripts, and client transfers on CRM, Excel, Powerpoint and Firefly if there were new campaigns. We handle or manage the team. listen to calls and give updates to the team at each center on their rejects and performance. doing some profit reports for clients. Hourly updates to the team on their stats or trends are part of our responsibility to make sure that the camp runs smoothly with no issues. I could easily adjust, I enjoyed learning new things, and I'm proud to say that I'm a person with integrity. I also make sure that I finish my task on time. The things that I enjoyed about this job are that every day you will learn new things about how to handle a team, and I also enjoy motivating them, especially when I can see that they are really committed to what they do. I feel satisfied when I'm able to help the team get the required numbers, and I've learned new things about how to get the camp going, and most especially, I've learned a lot about tools and how they ----------- this new role/platform its just new to me, I'm excited, but at the same time, I do not know what to expect yet, but I believe I have the experience and should qualify for those roles given enough time for training to familiarize myself with those different tools.
We normally base our audits on the QA guidelines and score the reps based on the scoring form. But the scoring form is only a guide to know if the rep is following the process from the client side, so you would have to look for other stuff like tone of voice, clarity, pacing, or if the rep is paying attention to the lead and responding in a timely manner.
