Hi, I’m Judah. I’ve been working from home for more than five years now, and overall I have around nine years of experience in customer service, sales, training, and quality assurance. Most of the work I’ve done is with U.S.-based clients in healthcare, H insurance, and telecom.
I started in customer service and sales, taking calls, answering emails, helping with billing, collections, and guiding clients with the right plans. Later on, I became a Quality Assurance Specialist. In that role, I listened to agent calls, checked emails and documents, and made sure everything was accurate and followed the rules. Part of that work was also handling medical documentation: coordinating with clinics to get signed forms, double-checking them, and making sure patients got their equipment on time. Since this involved sensitive patient information, I followed HIPAA compliance standards to ensure data privacy and security. I also coached agents, suggested changes to scripts, and worked with training and operations to make things smoother.
After QA, I moved into training. I created simple training programs, built onboarding guides, and coached agents on communication, sales, and compliance. I really enjoyed seeing people grow more confident and perform better after the sessions.
Through the years, I’ve learned to use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, WordPress, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro. I like picking up new tools, staying organized, and finding small ways to make the job easier for both the team and the customer.
At the end of the day, I enjoy helping people: whether it’s a customer needing support, a teammate learning something new, or a team looking for ways to improve. Working remotely has taught me to be disciplined and independent, but it also showed me how important teamwork and clear communication are.
