I am a fast learner who wants to grow my own skillset. the skillset that I have as of the -----------nt is acquired in the current job that i got and through the "computer" subject that i had when i was in highschool. as per my current job I am a CSR(Voice) i learned to communicate to our customers and tend to their needs. I can resolve a customers concern in a limited time and provide them with customer satisfaction. as per my skills that i acquired in my HS days, I was able to learn how to use different microsoft tools such as microsoft word. microsoft excel, microsoft onenote and microsoft outlook.
