I'm ----------- ----------- C.
-----------, 31 years of age graduated at Patts College with the Degree of
Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management . I had job experience as
Merchandising Buyer in Local Supply
Chain for 8 years and almost 1 1/2 years in Global Supply Chain as a Buyer
Pl-----------er. Being in that industry, I'll
definitely gain other skills that you didn’t expect to have. Such as
multitasking and working under pressure since I have a limited time to have my
job done within the day. It was not easy
but I'll take advantage all the hardest part of my job since I know I
will learned in that in the end. I am really energetic and a great
communicator, especially when it comes to the needs of our customers or even
suppliers.
To reiterate all my
task:
I do forecasting and
allocation depend on the demand of items, our ordering is from Class A to Class
D.
I also do create PO
using different system like JDA, SAP and ORACLE making sure that supplier
received the order and provide the firm delivery date.
One of my major task
is to answer all inquiry from customers and stores for the stock availability
of items and all other concern. Making sure to attend to their issue on time.
I do daily
Monitoring our Online Platform like Lazada, Shoppee, Megento and Big Ecommerce. I'm the one adding items ,
monitoring the inventory , tracking order and other concern. Making sure all
the data in the Platform was accurate.
Also sourcing
supplier for the needs of the customer is one of task. We do daily communicate
to supplier in different country in Asia, US and Europe. To raise any issue
occurred in the Daily Operation and
other concern.
Since we do End to
End Process, I also check and resolve invoice discrepancy by checking the
Packing List and Delivery Receipt from Received .
Working for 10 years
helped me to build rapport and taught me the importance of attentive listening
to each and every customer I encounter. With these jobs, I have developed and
maintained good and effective communication skills and time management skills.
In addition, I also gained skills in dealing with various types of people and
managing different personalities smoothly and effectively.
I can work more than
30 hours a week. I can also work during weekend.
