At the end of each shift, I compiles a report to keep track of our progress and identify any areas that need improvement. Additionally, I'm monitoring any orders that aren't moving and taking the necessary steps to resolve any issues. If they experienced a lost or damaged order, I've filed claims on their behalf to ensure a speedy resolution.
