I hold an Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning from Monarch Institute and excel in financial planning software including Xplan, AdviserLogic, and Midwinter for comprehensive financial modelling and generating advice documents.
I've trained new Paraplanners in efficient Statement of Advice (SoA) production and reviewed their work for accuracy, contributing to high-quality outputs. Recognized as Paraplanner of the Year 2023 by one of my employers, I am committed to excellence in financial planning.
Previously, I honed my financial services expertise with US clients at business process outsourcing (BPO) firms, specializing in trade management and settlements for fixed income and equity securities. I also bring extensive experience in customer service and handling financial market inquiries.
