I have two years of experience as a customer service representative at Concentrix Corporation. During my time there, I was able to meet all of the quality scores for monthly reports and was awarded the most customer satisfaction surveys in a week. I learned to hone my multi-tasking and time-management skills, value patience, and above all, be a team player. I also have experience as an IT staff member at Lopue’s Corporation, where we order supplies, record maintenance, and assist users in rectifying network-related problems such as security access, internet access, network failure, and printer failure. I’m a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, so right now I’m looking for a bigger challenge and an opportunity to apply my technical experience and problem-solving skills.
