• Performing quantity takeoff using Bluebeam or Plan swift. Clients preferred software vary that’s why we used the two software.
• Making bid proposal for our clients.
• Coordinating with suppliers regarding the current market value of materials.
• Daily coordination with our clients to ensure the quality of our takeoffs and proposals.
• Knowledgeable in division 7, division 10, general construction and roofing scopes.
As a Site Engineer
• Site supervision
• Quantity and Cost estimate for all materials used on each project
• Daily coordination with foreman to ensure quality of the construction process. I make sure we set our goals each day so that we will not meet any delays.
• Daily coordination with client. We always make sure to ask for the client’s opinion and adjustments are made base on their likings. Once finalized we coordinate with the respective structural and architectural engineers
• Making daily reports for our activities.
As a Bored Pile Site Engineer
• Supervision for all bored pile related activities on site.
• Quantity estimates for rebars which will be used for the steel cages of piles.
• Daily coordination with our suppliers for concrete.
• Daily coordination with Inspectors from the Department of transportation
• Making daily reports for the concrete pouring of bored piles which will be used by the inspectors to assess if the piles have passed the quality they supposed to have.
• Reporting directly to my superiors about the daily activities happening on site.
• Coordinating with my team to ensure our target piles for the day are poured.
• Miscellaneous activities assigned by our seniors from time to time such as fixing fences, drainage covering and clearing and grubbing.
