I'm currently working as an Instructional Designer with experience in using the following tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, SnagIt, Powerpoint, Google Slides, Canva, LMS, and Epiplex Simulation.
Currently, I have almost a year of experience in Instructional Design (my full time job now), but I was also a Process & Communications Trainer for 3 years in a BPO company, had a year of experience with Content Moderation, and was a Customer/Technical Support Representative for 2 years back when I first started my BPO career in 2016.
My skills are not just limited to training & development, but I'm also dealing with creating/revamping our training curriculums, communicating with our stakeholders/clients, leading a project in our team, and working with the tools we have to better improve the learning experience of our learners. Along with that, we are working on applying experiential and adult learning principles to our training curriculums. I am able to communicate well with people as I'm fluent in speaking & writing in English and can speak Filipino too if needed. On top of my daily ID tasks, I deal with basic administrative tasks to make sure that our team remains organized in our work.
