I started my career at IQOR as a Customer Service Representative, where I assisted customers in placing orders over the phone, tracking packages, and handling refunds, reshipments, and other service-related concerns.
After that, I worked at CNM BPO Solutions as an Order Placer and Appointment Setter. I placed food orders on behalf of customers at various restaurants and fast food chains, and also contacted independent businesses to offer more cost-effective solutions for their merchant accounts.
In my most recent role as a Virtual Assistant at VantageBP (which stands for Brand Protection), I supported brand clients by helping safeguard their products on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. I handled communication with sellers through email and directly on the platforms, requesting proof of purchase and other necessary documentation to ensure compliance and protect our clients’ brands.
