- Over 10 years of solid experience in handling HelpDesk E-mail Support (technical, billing, online courses, general inquiries) including handling a Support team.
- Almost 5 years of relevant and solid experience in Web Hosting, Domain, and DNS Management
- Very familiar with Zendesk, Kartra, and familiar with Kajabi.
- Very familiar with Control Panel and CPanel Administration
- Very knowledgeable in uploading files (FTP), WordPress installation
- Experienced in doing backlinks
- Attention to detail, hardworking, and good time management.
