Dean is a high-performing professional who consistently exceeds expectations by delivering exceptional results. His strong communication acumen and leadership skills make him stand out. Dean is very organized, keen, trustworthy, and he adheres to strict deadlines even with minimal supervision which makes him a great fit for the remote work environment. Throughout his career, he has spent most of his years working in Sales, where he received several awards and recognitions. He has also managed teams (both face-to-face and virtual), where he developed retention skills especially, in providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships. Dean is very receptive to feedback and uses it to improve himself. He is deeply passionate about learning which drives him to continuously seek new knowledge. He has completed courses in Communication Planning, Communication Management, and Knowledge Management.
