I've been a customer/sales support for almost 2 years, managing retail accounts with a wide scope. I have assisted customers with service complaints, maintained up-to-date knowledge of store policies regarding payments, returns and exchanges. Received inbound/outbound calls from customers, providing information regarding services or products, taking new orders and cancelling accounts. I also did manage a little bit of admin tasks such as submitting tickets, sending emails and managing cases.
