What I have with me, is more than a decade of experience in the business process outsourcing industry. Throughout my career, I have successfully handled a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, that will now provide proven exceptional support to clients.
I have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse industries, including Energy management & automation, Sales, Telecommunication, Retail, Medical Insurance, and E-commerce. This exposure has honed my adaptability and allowed me to swiftly grasp the unique requirements of different businesses. Here are my experiences:
* I am an experienced Trainer - very organized, because I have to plan my day as I comply with the training timeline & create initiatives. I’ve also gone through client certifications where I have to meet client's standards before handling a class.
* I am a quality analyst and this taught me to set a benchmark for quality.
* I am a Team Leader who is a data-driven person, know how to generate data, analyze & how to use this data for my Teams success, and deliver exceptional ----------- this position, I spearheaded the outlier management program which then improve revenue by 15% in 3 months. ?I also initiated streamlining the process to solidify the success rate. Furthermore, I collaborated with all the support departments which allowed me to create initiatives, and that lead me to be the Liaison officer for Operations.
* I am a virtual assistant, I have graduated and completed certification for Virtual Assistant Master Class. General VA, Social Media Management, Appointment-Setting for VA, Basic Automation, and Chatbot Creation.
* I’ve worked with several clients in the past and all positions allowed me to work directly with them whether it’s face-to-face or in a virtual setup. I’m also very fortunate to be sent to Australia and spearhead a project.
