Responsibilities:
-Manage day to day reports and ensure
all data are accurate across multiple platforms.
-Develop ways to automate data gathering
processes.
-Ensure an updated inventory database for
accurate company reorders.
-Manage dates like upcoming holidays,
appointments, meetings, upcoming tasks and update the team accordingly.
-Manage the Weekly/Monthly/Yearly accounts
payables of the company.
-Update the team on a weekly basis on the
general health of the accounts/companies being handled.
-Manage the projects and subtasks within the
company’s work management platform (Asana, Trello)
-Manage Etsy and Walmart accounts: Generate
Monthly Reports, listing management
-Manage the company’s WMS (Warehouse
Management System) using available software and spreadsheets.
-Oversee All Seller Central Accounts of the
company: FBA/FBM Inventory management, PPC Campaigns, Lightning Deals, Case
creation and follow ups, listing management, generate monthly reports
