As an Executive Assistant and M&A Associate, I help drive transactions from initial outreach to closing. My experience includes business valuations, financial analysis, buyer-seller coordination, and due diligence support—working closely with leadership teams to execute data-driven exit strategies across industries such as tech, real estate, and finance.
On the sales side, I generate and nurture opportunities through CRM systems, outbound campaigns, and strategic follow-ups—ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified buyers, sellers, and partners. I’ve supported deal flow and operations using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and automation platforms such as Zapier to streamline workflows and improve conversion.
