I was able to practice, demonstrate, and apply its principles during my last role as an Associate Manager for Quality with Sutherland Global Services, Inc. However, for the last 8 years, I ran a business, a restaurant business, and have not practiced its principles for some time. But the experiences I gained as a business owner gave me a better perspective on how business should run.
