• Almost 9 years overall public audit and private accounting experience and more than 6 years supervisory/managerial role
• 3 years audit experience with one of the big 4 firms in the Philippines
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements
• Knowledgeable in updated Accounting Standards, with significant experience in external auditing and review of financial statements
• Exhibits good interpersonal and communication skills and with leadership ability
• Strong management and leadership skills (handling conflicts, coaching, mentoring, team engagement and performance management)
• Responds well in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
• Presentation and report writing skills
• Strong background in financial reporting SEC and BIR requirements
• Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable in Hyperion and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Quickbooks
• Able to report and interact effectively at the management level
