During my first job, I took on the role of a Seller Operations Specialist for Shopee Philippines and managed and built relationships with 55 seller accounts, both marketplace and official brands, with daily order volumes ranging from 100 to 3000. I acted as the first-hand escalation point of sellers for all their operations-related concerns and provided catered recommendations to ensure that their cancellation and late shipment rates are within the threshold of 6%
and below.
Currently, I am an Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist and I manage the day-to-day order fulfillment for the brands’ Marketplace ----------- orders. Close monitoring of the daily pending orders and proactive filing for pickups and cancellation exemptions are done in order to avoid acquiring penalty points. I also perform Customer Service related tasks for the company's OMNI channel.
