My experience in business process outsourcing as a customer service representative has been helpful in contributing to my career growth in having the ability to create client relationships, being independent in working on projects, and bringing something to the table for teamwork. I've been a virtual assistant to a restaurant booking platform wherein I was assigned as the product specialist, wherein I assisted clients and/or customers as to how to navigate the products provided to them and answer inquiries relevant to the product such as updates, suggestions, demonstrations, complaints, and other related -----------w that I am fully aware of my capabilities, I would like to take this opportunity to obtain a job that will provide me with a healthy work-life balance and can provide me with career growth in a company that provides job security. I am open to new opportunities and ready to be part of the virtual business world, as it can be a stepping stone for my career to grow and expand my networks as I develop trusting relationships with clients.
