- Entering and review patient demographic information and other medical data such as ICD10, therapy charges, insurance information, etc.

- Review UB04s and conduct triple check before claims submission schedule.
- Verify eligibility and benefits of patient's insurance prior to scheduling an appointment.
- Account Receivable Management and ensure cashflow through:
1) Posting payments from ERA or bulk deposits
2) Bank reporting/reconciliation
3) Review aging report and track unpaid balance, then coordinate with insurance or patients for the reimbursement.
