I am a remote worker who's based in the Philippines. I have been with client for over three years. Their company is based in San Bernardino County, California. I generally perform administrative support tasks. I write and respond to emails, make and answer phone calls, send updates to onsite employees via text messaging software, enter data from scanned documents to the client's electronic medical record (EMR) system and/or Google Docs and Microsoft Excel. I also perform quality assurance tasks that require me to review different documents, identify missing items, and create reports based on the completeness of the documents.
