*HR Timekeeping Manager (National). I headed Timekeepers Philippine-wide following my initiated system to achieve accuracy and timeliness in submission to Payroll. To achieve this, I conducted system analysis and design to simplify the once complicated system my Company have. I created new excel templates powered by excel formulas and features to check data accuracy of processed attendance. I simplified the flow or the steps of attendance processing and implemented to be strictly followed by all timekeepers to identify the results or difference. Indeed, the once 17hrs attendance processing became 7hrs this time.
*Another achievement I have is when I automated our Attendance record i.e. a requirement for leave crediting process for all qualified employees. The old process was really complicated, and it was used also by all affiliated Company. The old process will take 3 months to finish, and will need additional resources like, reams of bond papers, printer inks, effort in printing, and effort in auditing the paper prints. I do system analysis and design, and now the process is already paperless. I created Attendance Record template powered by excel formulas and features and making 4 auditors/checkers in the template by using excel formulas. The process this time is more accurate and super-fast. The whole audit process takes only a month to finish, with no resources involved, and gave wellbeing to the timekeepers. I was commended by this contribution, and I am very happy to give relief to my peers and to help the organization I belong.
*I love to research in this advance world and enhance my knowledge. I also know how to make MS Flows in Power automate and was able to make a number of flows already. I love to watch youtube tutorials in making magic in excel files and use apps to streamline processes.
*I am a "Now-ist" kind of person, I am always up to thinking of initiatives for the better. When I sense a problem, I couldn't stand idly by. I began to delve an idea of what to do to improve the situation. I was determined of my idea to translate into practical solution. My self says, "something is wrong here, I wonder what can be done".
