I am a fresh BS Computer Engineering graduate from the University of Baguio with hands-on experience in IT support, network configuration, and hardware and software troubleshooting. I completed a 360-hour OJT at the Department of Education Baguio where I handled technical support across different schools, managing network setup, printer troubleshooting, cable management, and Microsoft account management.
I completed two CCNAv7 courses from Cisco Networking Academy covering network fundamentals, switching, routing, and wireless essentials, and a TESDA Online Course in Computer Systems Servicing. I also developed DriveSafe, an IoT-based thesis project that achieved 95% detection accuracy using Raspberry Pi 5 and ESP32.
I am detail-oriented, reliable, and a fast learner. I am comfortable working independently and I am eager to apply my technical skills in a remote work setting. I am available for IT support, network troubleshooting, technical assistance, web building, and video editing work.
