As a Recruitment associate of an International BPO/CPO company, I am responsible for sourcing candidates that will meet the qualifications depending on the hiring need provided. I am one of the POC's in our sourcing department that focuses on offsite events, vendor - partners communication and partnership, online and employee referrals.
