These are some of my strength in my work today and still working for almost 7 yrs and now as information and admitting supervisor:
•Information officers are concerned with managing information to make it easily accessible. Work activities vary, depending on the needs of the organization or client.
•A medical admissions clerk is usually the first person a patient deals with upon entering into a hospital. The medical admissions clerk takes down all the patient's personal and medical information along with the reasons for visiting. They store this information for later use and attempt to be as thorough as possible for the sake of the doctors, nurses, patients, and family members.
•Provides information obtained from a variety of sources to field questions from the public regarding departments, phone numbers, operational hours, etc. Dispenses general information in person regarding the college when incoming call load allows.
