As a Recruitment Coordinator, I do Candidate and Client interaction. I screen candidates and do behavioral-based interviewing. I also work for project-based requisition and/or candidate pipeline management. I review candidates to determine if they are fit for positions based on qualifications. As an English Subtitling Editor, I have worked for an international localization provider for 4 years wherein I did spotting and timecoding. I also provided scripts for Broadcast and DVD content, and has created quality English subtitles and closed captions for online streaming channels and television programs, and proofread English templates.
