I’ve been working as a Real Estate VA since 2011. I have clients that were Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Lenders, and Marketers. Most of my previous clients were located in the US and a few in Canada.
As a virtual assistant, I have done a lot of tasks which includes transaction coordinator, database management, listings management, admin support, research, and social media marketing.
Prior to being a VA, I have worked for a BPO company as a call center agent for 6 months and got promoted to supervisor and handled the highest escalation department which is tier 3 or the research department. Our department handles BBB cases and partner emails.
I am also an IT graduate and a tech savvy guy with advance knowledge on MS Office applications, photo, video, and audio editing.
My goal as a virtual assistant is to provide quality output in a timely manner. Though it may sound simple, I believe this is needed in every company to be more efficient and successful and this will help you as a client focus more on your core business.
