I currently work as a college instructor at Southville International School and Colleges, teaching subjects such as Public Relations, Integrated Marketing Communication, business, and event-related subjects.
My 13 years of experience in the academe provide me with a solid background in dealing with students, teachers, and other stakeholders such as clients, suppliers, organizers, and media practitioners.
I am also responsible for managing and approving the content of online businesses and events of students on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
As a financial advisor, I also assisted customers in managing their finances through life insurance and investments for almost 9 years.
My previous work experiences as a customer service representative and sales coach/trainer in BPO companies for almost 7 years sharpened my skills in responding to inquiries, complaints, and other customer-oriented activities through phone, chat, and email support.
