I have worked as a Helpdesk Technician; in which I guarantee that the end-user’s issues get resolved, and all are properly documented and ticketed in a very timely manner. Then became a Deskside Technician wherein I was responsible for the company’s overall system performance and troubleshooting of company-specific applications/programs, network concerns, employee concerns, server health and error logging, etc. Along with being a Tech VA for an agency, I have also worked as a Tech Manager and Appointment Setter for a Digital Marketing Agency wherein I was tasked to bring in leads/clients and made sure that a booking is made, as well as handle technical concerns such as building funnels, automations, 3rd party integrations, web design, web development, etc.
