I've been with Customer Service Relations for almost seven years and worked as an account coordinator, working at a freight company where I appoint shipping and receiving hours. I also worked as a quoting admin for a freight provider and was a customer associate, sales representative, and fraud specialist. These roles were able to let me showcase my abilities in taking consistent actions, meeting deadlines, and skills in handling customers' concerns and serving customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems, attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services that we can provide while meeting and surpassing customers' expectations.
