I used to work 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week with 2 days off. I prefer working at night most of the time. I've been on a graveyard shift since 2017.
I have worked as a Customer Service Representative and a Sales Specialist for Bell Canada for the last 3 years . I have gained a lot of skills on negotiating and convincing customers to keep their services from cancellation. I also manage to do upselling, technical support, data entry and pitch for customer's extra services like TV, Internet Home Phone. I have also managed to do appointment setting and produce numbers of sales in the business. I would like to share more of my work experiences and skills in an interview.
