Hi! I am Trisha Maxene Miguela and you can call me Meg. I have two years of experience in the BPO industry as a customer service representative and now transitioning to be a virtual assistant. I help manage the employees' time-tracking tools and guide the employers in onboarding their company's new hires. I would love to broaden my horizons by learning different skills and working with people from diverse backgrounds and career paths. I was told by my former colleagues that despite my young age, 21 years old, I am so career driven that I've already honed the skills I need to be able to grow personally and professionally, such as resiliency, communication skills, curiosity, and willingness to try new things. I once had a customer where she needed to manually finish editing the employees' time tracking list. The customer was so anxious because there are only a few hours left before the deadline. I assured her and guide her through the process to make sure that there are no mistakes. I worked overtime so we can finish the editing before the given deadline. After the call, the employer I talked to was very happy and relieved that we get to finish it on time and was so thankful I helped and assured her along the way to calm her down. I can confidently say that I am very passionate about self-growth that, according to my friends, it is contagious. Without words, I am able to bring out the best in the people I work with.
