I help manage the employees' time-tracking tools and guide the employers in onboarding their company's new hires. I once had a customer where she needed to manually finish editing the employees' time tracking list. The customer was so anxious because there are only a few hours left before the deadline. I assured her and guide her through the process to make sure that there are no mistakes. I worked overtime so we can finish the editing before the given deadline. After the call, the employer I talked to was very happy and relieved that we get to finish it on time and was so thankful I helped and assured her along the way to calm her down.
