I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science
in Secondary Education major in English and a recent Board Passer of the said
course. I used my knowledge and degree to apply as a Customer Support
Representative one of the biggest telecommunications companies inside U.S for
almost 5 years now. In addition to my formal experience being a Customer
Support Representative, I have also been involved in many different excellent
activities and receive numerous awards for being an active and performer employee.
I am confident that my education,
experience and achievements have prepared me well for a career as a Customer
Support Representative. I am highly organized and detailed oriented with strong,
analytical and research skills in my previous experience.
I have assisted customers in there billing
concern sending them notifications on the changes that they have made on the
account and reminding them in there billing due date.
