I was a former Team Lead on a BPO company. I started as a research analyst in 2010 & worked my way up to become to become a Senior research analyst, Quality Control Associate & Team Lead. Over the last 11 years of working, I learned how to collect, interpret & analyze data from various resources. I also learned how to spot errors on a certain data set. Lastly, I was able to manage at least 25 direct reports when I was a Team Lead for over 4 years.
I have a basic to advance knowledge in company profiling, people profiling, supply chain relationships & industry classification of different products or services. I have been trained & deployed in production as a Customer Service Representative in Teleperformance. We handled Boost mobile prepaid accounts. I also worked as a Merchandiser in a grocery store before.
Now, I am looking for a job opportunity as a Virtual Assistant. This field is something new to me that's why I am very much willing to listen, learn and be trained by other Virtual Assistants.
