Recording information, processing, and filing forms. Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports. Updating ledgers, researching and resolving discrepancies. Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
I work with customers every day, assisting them in understanding their options and completing paperwork for loans or other bank services. Loan assistants may also be in charge of managing administrative duties including making appointments, taking phone calls, filing paperwork, etc.
