I have several years of experience working in customer service, training, and HR support. Over the years, I’ve handled different roles such as training delivery, team supervision, recruitment, and day-to-day admin tasks.
I enjoy helping people learn and grow, which is why I’ve spent a lot of time creating and delivering training programs, improving processes, and guiding teams to perform better. I’ve also worked on the HR side, doing interviews, preparing contracts, and supporting employees throughout their journey with the company.
Aside from that, I have a strong background in customer service, where I learned how important it is to listen, solve problems, and build good relationships with clients. I’m also comfortable with reports, documentation, and organising tasks to make sure everything runs smoothly.
