I have been working remotely as a Virtual Assistant for three years now. For my previous job, I worked as a Virtual Assistant in real estate for a year. I was the point of contact, and I was in charge of coordinating with all of the parties associated with the pending real estate transactions and setting up new listings. I strive to keep the process streamlined, organized, and most of all, on schedule to meet the Close of Escrow date. My tasks and responsibilities are as follows; scheduling appointments, calendar management, updating the CRM software, customer service, email management, and photo editing for marketing purposes. I worked as a Virtual Executive Assistant to the CEO at a manufacturing company as my first job, for two years. I was also their marketing manager, and I was in charge of researching potential leads, calling the prospected leads, and analyzing marketing trends. My tasks and responsibilities are as follows; data mining, cold calling, social media management, content creation, setting up appointments, calendar management, email management, travel arrangements, and graphic designing for marketing purposes.
