I have been working in the BPO Industry for 7 years now. 2 years as Customer Service Representative in a Health Care Insurance Company and 5 years in IBM as Customer Service Representative as well as a Coordinator. In this role I have gained extensive experience greeting clients and responding efficiently and effectively to any customer inquiries. I have also developed a warm, approachable and professional manner being in this industry. I am also patient but firm with difficult customers and have great experience resolving customer disputes. Also, I can work with very minimal supervision. In Fact my previous Manager appointed me as the Team's POC (point of Contact) and Person In Charge whenever my Manager or Supervisor is out of office.
