With over 15 years of experience, I have already explored various fields such as Customer Service, Academic and Non-Academic Teaching, Administrative Work, and Financial Technology.
Majority of the jobs I did involved Customer -----------cluded are various accounts from hospitality to mortgage services. This is where I got to practice my communication skills.
As sharing knowledge and talking to people are two of the things I enjoy doing, I also taught both academic and non-academic speaking and writing. This is through ESL where I worked with Korean, Japanese, and Chinese students.
While teaching as freelance, I got a job with the administration office. I mostly handled tasks like payroll processing, financial reports, bill and receipts, and many other ----------- the same role, I helped in preparing different office communications and documents.
Finally, as of writing, I have been with the Financial Technology services for almost 7 years. I started as a non-voice, data and analytics email support until I tried expanding my horizon and learned technical stuff such as managing and troubleshooting servers and network issues. I also got interested on how APIs work, hence, I joined our company's Platform Team as a Senior Associate.
