- Production ops dashboard for Proximity Plumbing (Claude Code, React, Supabase, Cloudflare) unifying reporting across 7+ integrated systems (ServiceM8, Xero, Wildjar, Google Workspace, Slack)

Every system ships with named operators, reviewers, trigger phrases, and hard rules for sensitive outputs, so a non-technical team can safely run it without me.
